Flipkart — My phone is not getting charged

I ordered Moto g(1st gen), 16GB on 18th Aug, 2014. The phone was having battery issue from the starting itself, i guess. Now the worse is, It is not getting charged at all. It shows that the charger is connected, but there was not even a 1% charge level increase . Now the phone is off. Please address the complaint ASAP. I have 1year warranty for the said product.
