Flipkart — My product is not delivered yet

I have ordered a product on 21st October 2020and it show that product will deliver up to 28october 2020 and I paid for that product. But I have not received my product yet.
Their customer care always said to wait for 24/48 hours. But my problem is not resolved. I want my product delivered.
