[Resolved] Flipkart — nearly expired product given

My order no od[protected] as received on 6th august 2018, was immediately informed about the expiry of the product... I spoke to the customer care service people about the product and was told that the product will be exchanged. But it dint happen. And today they told me that the product cannot be exchanged. Now how am i suppose to use a product which is 200 ml within 2 months of time where in i can use to for atleast 1 year. The cost of the product is 2265 which is not a cheap amount at all. Kindly help me exchange the product so that it can b used.

In this connection kindly refer your no PZT[protected]WDE0601. I did not get the refund till date. Kindly do the needful at an early date.
