Sub: never received two products or refund by flipkart

Dear sir/mam,
With due regards i would like to tell you that i am your customer since 2012-13 and this is first time i am facing this kind of issue. I am really upset what happened recently as i am feeling cheated.
I order many products after lockdown for home as offline shopping was risky because of covid. Two products showing delivered in my order list but i never received them at my end because they were missing in the package and both courier packages were prepaid.
Note:- flipkart should choose sellers and courier agent wisely for better service and customer satisfaction. I had worst experience in 2020 on flipkart. I lose all faith and i m afraid to order new products on flipkart again in future.
Products are:
1. Kuber industries shirt stacker

Cost 599.00
(I got a courier as a big box which mentioned two products on the box, “a vanity box” and “shirt stacker”, i received vanity box and instead of shirt stacker, i got “waste polythenes like 5-6 quantity”, which used in courier packaging by flipkart of different people names of different addresses of jaipur, this package came from jaipur)
Ps i informed seller regarding this matter via call and he said to me it was most probably done by courier wishmasters on the way and i can complain in flipkart.
2. Dreamkraft small glow in dark radium birds sitting on branch sticker

Cost 242.00
(I ordered two units but i received only one inside package and on courier it was written two units and i got notification that both units delivered which is false)
Ps i informed seller regarding this matter via mail with pics and seller replied to me on mail.
It was delivered by “ekart” as i got ekart feedback confirmation. I am attaching screenshots of related products and messages i got.
Ps i already accelerated this issue on flipkart customer service and after many days of calling again and again they processed my request for refund and asked me to wait 72 hours that i will get refund.
But backend team rejected refund without any enquiry. I can tell this because i already informed sellers by mail and call regarding this issue and they assured me i will get refund, i just need to file a complaint in flipkart customer service and they will send this case to backend team but backend team rejected it by their own without enquiry and i got both products rejected refund mail same time same day.
It is my humble request. Kindly give a resolution for this as soon as possible. Provide me my product or give refund, whatever accepted by flipkart and seller.
