[Resolved] Flipkart — new air conditioner not working since 1 month

Dear concerned

I bought a micromax air conditioner from ur online portal and it was a faulty one, it has been over a month now that no resolution is provided to resolve this issue, the call center guys are not reachable at all at any given point of time and ur team keeps on giving new dates everytime to resolve an issue which takes barely half an hour.

Requesting you to kindly look into this as its been over a month with lots of sleepless nights (Thnx to u guys) as no solution provided yet.
Neither i can repair on my own nor u guys are willing to fix this so pls guide what should i do.
Hoping this mail will help me in getting things move faster.

Flipkart Customer Care's response Consumer complained of improper installation, we interacted with consumer, apologized and processed refund of the repair charges incurred on seller's behalf to consumer. Hence, as issue is resolved closing the complaint from our end.
