I ordered a diwali gift for my in-laws on the 13th of october (Order # od[protected] whose price was slashed by ~15% within 12 hours of placing order. Flipcart doesn't provide any option to contact seller so i had to cancel the order on 14th october (The item still being in their possession) and re-order again on 15th october order # od[protected]0 to be delivered by 25th october. While flipcart was quick to charge my debit card it has been two weeks but i haven't received refund of my first order and my new order hasn't been delivered.
There customer service sucks with the only answer being "we shall contact you shortly" every time you contact them. They may be making mega sales but their customer orientation is zero in comparison to amazon india. Such a crap company with no place to even register online complaints.
