[Resolved] Flipkart — no refund on damaged product

I baught moto z play phone from flipkart, when i used it i got to know that the camera was not working properly then i asked for return a technician visited from flipkart and approved my return request. I got a new phone after a couple of days and now the new phone gets overheated when using once it got so hot that it burnt my hand. And now they are saying they will not give me refund, i don't want to use this product at all. It's not even 10 days i bought it. I am very disappointed with the service i want my money back i can't risk my life using this phone that gets as hot as it is about to blast. My order number is od[protected]

Updated by Offbeat Tuber but i don't need this product, I believe the in the service of flipkart that's why purchased from there. I didn't like the product at all I should get a refund
