Flipkart — No refund or replace ..defective product

this is my oder id there is issue with face mask iteam ..mask show in attached photo
very small almost difffective nobody can wear it ..i reqvest flipkart for this issue ..i askflipcart first replce me proper size otherwise refund beacus of not iteam is totally unusefull
but flipkart not solve my issue and they ask no replace and no refund ..that is totally cheating under no refund no replace policy /
my qusition what i do thsi iteam ??
pls help me and i want my refund ..and noother person treped by this site
