I have bought mobile from flipkart on 10 march 2015 but at nokia care i found that it is already using from 05 may 2014 that is flipkart sold me old device i have complaint and shown all proof given by nokia but flipkart is not giving me any sort of resolution please help

Flipkart Customer Care's response Spoke to customer, he informed the phone had an issue due to which he had been to service center and they confirmed the phone is used. However, as per internal update customer is already promised about pick up and refund. Customer was very much adamant and he was asking for the compensation as he has received used product. Informed that we will not be able to provide the compensation and also informed about the return status.
