[Resolved] Flipkart — non delivery of mobile at schedule date

I have booked one redmi note 7 pro mobile phone on 02 oct 19 and made payment online. At the time of booking expected time of delivery was 05 oct 19 but till now i have not received item. Status shown that still item not shipped which against the credibility of flipkart. It is requested to inform me about actual delivery date and time. I have make call to flipkart customer service on 5 oct and 6 oct 19 but i am not satisfied with their replies.

Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised a complaint regarding the delivery of the order. We have interacted with the customer and informed the order has been cancelled by the courier service provider as the exchange product did not meet seller exchange policy. Hence, requested customer to place a fresh order and closing the complaint from our end.
