I ordered a DLink N 300 router from flipkart (Order No: OD[protected]. I paid for one day guaranteed service as well. The order was expected on 25th of May 2015.
On 25th evening, I check the status of the product as 'Unsuccessful Delivery Attempt'. When I call the flipkart executives they inform me that eKart(Worst service Provider) executives had called me and the phone was out of reach and the Flipkart executive informed me that he will forward the complaint and the product will be delivered in 48 hours.
On 26th evening, I check the status and surprised to see the same status updated again. Again I called Flipkart executives and got the same excuse and informed me that he will forward the complaint and the product will be delivered in 24 hours.
CRAP.. How can They be so irresponsible regarding customer services.
On 27the the same thing happened and they did the same thing.
Worst thing is that, they now had cancelled the order without any intimation. Was this information helpful? |
