[Resolved] Flipkart — Not getting refund from Flipkart from Wallet

I did purchase from Flipkart and I have wallet 6151 but i am not able to use this amount for Purchse or Refund to Bank Account.

I did write them 5 emails to " support [protected]@phonepe.com " but NOT getting any response from them..

Not sure if flipkart is making fools to customers by transfering money into wallet. I called up customer Care many times but not get response from them. thet simply say that write an email :-(

I need my money Back???????????

Flipkart Customer Care's response We have informed customer the refund has been processed to phonepe account also it has been informed to customer how to use it hence closing case from flipkart.
