I have purchased phone on 17th july and delivered on 20. I have requested for a replacement of the phone, since it was found some issue while using. There was some short circuit smell coming from the phone frequently. Each time while using the smell keep on coming like soldering issue like thing. So i just stopped using the phone, since there is a chance of explode and all. I have requested for replacement trough call. It was agreed to replace after technician visit. The Technician visit date was agreed to be 26th but not done in time. When i called again they said to wait for one more day, then again waited for one more day. But no one came. Today when i called customer care, they said they will look in to issue and all. Now they cancelled the entire replacement request. And again starting the procedure from beginning. This is not the right scenario. If they are not met the policy agreed dates, they should accept the replacement and give back new phone in time. But each time while calling they keep on changing the date and say wait for some more days . I am continuously calling for past three days and each time they were telling different reasons and telling to wait more days. Now they cancelled the entire process and starting from beginning. So please look in to the issue as soon as possible.
