Subject:- flipkart not delivered my order. Cancelled the order without any notification.
I placed a cellphone (Order id od[protected] on 11/08/2018. My order shipped on 12/08/18. On 13/08/18 courier guys called me, i asked him to collect the order till 6pm or next day. But after sometime i got a msg from ekatr as :- (Msg received :-failed delivery (Verification failed): moto g6 play (Indigo b... With tracking id fmpp[protected] from flipkart.com cannot be delivered as corresponding pickup item was rejected. Contact flipkart.com cs for further assistance. The order has been cancelled by flipkart without any notification. Same day i contact to flipkart customer care executive regarding the same issue. Executive asked me that we have raised a complain to reattempt the order and will be delivered with next working days. Then i received the msg (Delivery update: your order [mobile] with tracking id fmpp[protected] will be delivered by a courier executive. Please dial [protected] and use the pin 123 when prompted to speak with the courier executive. Please note, these details are valid only for today.) i tried many times to connect to thr courier executive but not able to connect.
Again i called to customer care in evening of 13.08.18. Hain i got the same answer that your order was not cancelled, your order will be received within 2 working days.
Again i called on 14.08.18 to flipkart customer care executive to confirm tha status of my order. Again i got the same answer that your reattempt request is in process. He said that as per rules we tried 3 times for reattempt even as per your time availability. Your order will be placed to you within next 2 working days surely.
But today i got the mail that your refund successfully processed on 15.08.18 at 2:47am. Hain i called to customer care to know why my order was cancelled. I asked him that i don't want refund as i was saying for last 2-3 days. He didn't have the answer of my question because flipkart not tried for reattempt for not a single time. Now they cancelled my order without any notification.
So please help me to get my existing order at any cost. I don't want my refund from flipkart.
