I have purchased a Samsung Frame TV 50 inch during Big Billion days and as per the ongoing offers I am eligible for a coupon to purchase a Bezel for Samsung Frame TV worth Rs 8990, which i should get after the completion of replacement warranty period of 10 days. My TV was delivered on 11 Oct 21. So by 22 Oct 21 i should have received the Coupon.
In spite of numerous call and chat with customer support i haven't received the coupon. However, on 11 Nov 21 i received a SMS quoting that the seller is not providing the free coupon, however you can purchase the bezel free of cost with this link. However, that link is not working and its validity is till 12 Nov 21. So when i contacted the customer care they said they will resolve it by 15 Nov 21. So as u can see by then the link will get expired and then i will no longer be eligible to get the free Bezel as promised by the Flipkart.
Also that bezel of 50 inch is not available at Flipkart since last 30 days and that could be the reason that it's not working.
So Flipkart is trying to act smartly by just giving the link which is not working with a expiry date of 48 hrs and then they will blame the customer, that you didn't utilized it on given timeline.
Flipkart if you are reading this kindly resolve the issue or i will be force to go to the consumer court.
