Flipkart — One product is missing in the box

Dear sir, i have ordered a 3 piece cookware set. I got it on 4th july 2020 but when i opened it i was shocked. There was an one product (Kadhai) is missing and the handle of tawa is also broken. So i request for return on the spot. But in night i got a mail from flipkart and they are asking for my adhaar.
Here is the point that i cannot sale my data for a 1000 rs. Product. Now it's been 72 hours as i said that i didn't provide them any type of id proof so the marked as resolved my issue. Shame on you flipkart.

Updated by Somen chandra After I post a complaint on consumercimplain.in, there was a mail comes from flipkart that we will contact you in 24 hours. But still I didn't get any mail or calls from flipkart. This is the service of flipkart to the customer. I request you to take necessary action.
