Sir, we had order redmi note 7 pro online on flipkart... We received a faulty piece.. It has problem in camera lenses.. And phone hangs.. We called customer care so many times, every time they ask to trouble shoot the problems and explain the things over call.. We trouble shoot the problem four times.. But nothing helped... We even went to mi service centre, they accepted that camera lenses are faulty.. We raised return request as customer care didn't support.. They are not even sending their technician.. They are asking for 3days time to send technician.. By the time, the time to raise return request would lapse.. N automatically our return request gets rejected.. We have even raised complaints so many times.. They are not accepting return request

Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised a complaint stating that the product delivered id defective. We have interacted with the customer and raised a return request for the refund of the order. The seller has confirmed the refund has been completed on October 12, 2019, which should have been reflecting in customer credit card account by now. Hence, closing the complaint from our end.
