[Resolved] Flipkart — order cancelled automatically redmi note 4: order id:0d[protected]

I have ordered a mobile redmi note 4 on 26th july 2017 for ra.10999. The amount was deducted from my account and i received a message that the item is supposed to be delivered on 28th july 2017. But on 27th july i received another sms that the order have been cancelled. I haven't cancelled the order then how did it happen. I had waited 1 week for redmi note 4 flash sale and once i ordered this happened. I need the product. Without me cancelling you cant cancel the order and if the product is out of stock it must have been mentioned while ordering. Please deliver the product asap or refund the money. Verified Support Jul 31, 2017 Flipkart Customer Care's response Called the customer, he said by mistake he had ordered from his friend's account and his friend cancelled it. Customer stated that he has already ordered for another Redmi phone and it got delivered. Customer is happy. Closing the complaint from our side.
