[Resolved]  Flipkart — Order cancelled but amount is not refunded to credit card

Address:Flipkart Internet Private Limited, Ozone Manay Tech Park, #56/18 & 55/09, 7th Floor, Garvebhavipalya, Hosur Road, Bangalore – 560068, Karnataka, India

I cancelled an order on 03/10/2021 OD[protected] amount of Rs.10799 using my Flipkart Axis cc 533467***4128. They assured that my amount will get refunded to my cc by 08/10/2021. But till now I have not received my refund and they are saying they have already transferred the amount. I have even shared my credit card statement to show that they have not refunded. I have even asked them to give me reference Id of the payment made to my cc but they did not provide. Please help.
