Mobile - Lenovo K8 Plus (Venom Black, 32 GB)
For me this was the worst service experience while buying phone.
I had ordered this phone on 24th October and it was scheduled to deliver on Nov 1st.
But it was not delivered on Nov 1st. Later in the day, i got a message saying that it will be delivered in next 4 hours. After contacting the flipkart customer care team, i was informed that it will be delivered by 5th november. It was not delivered on 5th november. Again, when i contacted the customer care team, they assured me that it will be delivered on 6th November. But on 6th November, it was also not delivered. Then they assured me that it will be delivered in next 48 hours by 8th November. Phone was not delivered on 8th november. Again when i contacted the customer care team, they were clueless about the delivery date and did not commit on any date.
I have only received false promises from customer care team.
After wasting almost 20 days of mine from day of booking the phone you have cancelled the order.
If the phone was not available, you should have informed me earlier.
I am really disappointed with Flipkart service and not satisfied with cancellation of this phone. Now the same phone is not available at same price at which i had booked it earlier. How can you justify this.
I feel cheated as your team cancelled the delivery after making false promises during thr sale period.
I would like to get more clarification on not delivering on time and cancellation of phone.
