I booked two orders for Moto E on billion day offer the order got approved and i receive confirmation mail also. But on next day i receive a message my order has been cancelled. When i ask customer care they simply replied Bulk order we not processed that is our policy. In ordering stage they mention nothing about this. Is 4 qty is bulk one. if it is their policy during ordering stage they need to block. I am ordering for my friends, now the offer is closed i dont know how can i say this. if i say no they book through another one. Flipkart make me in trouble.
I want to do something against this. Please advice what further step i need to take in this issue.
