Flipkart — Order cancelled without any intimation

Placed an order for shoes which were available for a special offer price. The order was shipped and expected to be delivered by the next day. Out of nowhere, I received an intimation that the order had been cancelled as requested. Flipkart has been unable to provide details of the request. I would like the order to be initiated from their end and if not so share the request from my end that led to them cancelling the order suddenly.
