Flipkart — order cancelled without my permission and request

I ordered a mobile with exchange offer but flipkart delivery agent rejected my order stating that my phone has scratches.. Later i contacted the flipkart customer care and i was promised that they'll reattempt the delivery.. But it never happened and it got cancelled without my confirmation.. This is not acceptable.. I sent a several mails to customer care but never got reply.. This is completely cheating.. I've attached the images from flipkart website itself stating that the scratches are acceptable..

Updated by N 6 It can be rejected only if my phone falls under this rejection policy but my mobile had only one or two scratches that's it..
