Order id: od[protected] made purchase on 11 sep 2017 online from my citibank credit card got debited twice 32190 as per discussion with customer care that informed last payment is showing decline but spoken with citibank customer care and as per mail it's showing 2 payments debited from my citibank credit card so plz help me to resolve issue
