Hi My mother has ordered shampoo from flipkart . Flipkart cheating customer by sending different shampoo inplace of what my mom ordered.I have shared pic of product with customer support .I was outstation & i have come to my home & find that this fraud activity of flipkart. They have sent same company shampoo but different product . I agreed for pickup also as shampoo has not been used but they are not giving my refund. Kindly take strict action against flipkart. However, the product is covered under the manufacturer's warranty, so you can get in touch with the brand authorised service centre and they'll be able to help you out. Shampoo is totally different . you trying to cheat customer in smart way. You are saying 10 days replacement period has been passed but this product has no return policy.i can attach screenshot if you want for proof. Dont cheat customer in such a platform.
