Hi Team,
Issue: Order#OD[protected] for 'LG 284L frost free double door refrigerator' costing Rs. 27990.00 placed with Flipkart using their app on 05-Sep-2016 was supposed to be delivered on 07-Sep-2016. The app shows the order has already been delivered on 08-Sep-2016. However I have not received anything from Flipkart.
Following are the sequences of actions:
1. 05-Sep-2016 - I placed the order on Flipkart app.
2. 07-Sep-2016 - Received an email saying order delayed due to unavailability from my side. Upon contacting customer care, received information that this is system generated notification, nothing to worry and order would be delivered on 08-Sep-2016.
3. 08-Sep-2016 - Received an email saying order has been delivered. I have neither received any product nor any calls for delivery.
4. 08-Sep-2016 - Contacted Flipkart customer care for the complaint of not receipt of the order. Incident: IN[protected]. Received a reply saying the incident will be resolved by 09-Sep.
5. 09-Sep-2016 - Contacted Flipkart customer care as there was no communication at all.
6. 10-Sep-2016 - Received update email from Flipkart customer care saying the issue will be resolved by 18-Sep-2016.
7. 10-Sep-2016 - Posted the complaint on Facebook page of Flipkart.
8. 15-Sep-2016 - Received an email from 'Sunita Pradhan, Team Social Media' from Flipkart saying 'I would like to inform you that, we have received an update from seller stating that your product will be delivered by tomorrow, i.e, September 16, 2016.'
9. 19-Sep-2016 - Called Customer care again to get update on this, the employee said I will transfer the call to senior, was waiting 5 minutes in the call with no response from Flipkart.
Kindly help with this.
