[Resolved]  Flipkart — order not delivered on commitment and without notice refunded after 10days...

Hi sir
I have been placed an order of washing machine on 15th aug with special discounts and cash back offer order ref no (Od[protected]... Delivery date was mentioned was 22aug.. Not delivered as per the promise.. Later i have called and emailed about the delivery status.. Till then no calls or emails from flip kart... I believe which is the best practice of flip kart... Then i got a resolution that my quire will be addressed by 29th of aug,,, sudden shock from you that we have refunded your money back... Which is the best part of flip kart... No prior intimation or call... They are playing with my trust... Money.. Time.. I also lost my respect... It was a gift for my mom... Finally called up customer care some x revived and said we cant do anything this is supplier problem... Then connected to manager.. Mohit... He in fact replied the same i been asking him that after wasting my time why cant you compensate the offer amount to me for further order... He straight replied no... This was very frustrating for me then.. Why name such people as customer care manager... What is the care is taken here... Just harassment with customers.. Later connected to tapesh he was representing him as a senior manager where i was almost 40 min on call... Who in really repeat the same as notice board ther is no quality of care... He is still telling the same and no one is there to answer my quire... Repeated harassment from flip kart... If any customer care you have please call me and answer my quire... Im am depressed and doctor has suggested me for 2d echo test and im in medication i need the compensation from flip kart...

We had interacted with the customer, apologized for the issue, informed the order was cancelled by seller, Customer may place a fresh order and the same will be delivered to him. As we do not have a compensation policy the same cannot be provided. Hence closing the case from our side.

my question is why did you hold my money just like that and not blaming the seller or whomever so,
to compensate the difference flipkart is responsible..

sorry no body bothered to call me or apologized, just closing the issue without any reason. then why did you wasted my time and i have been charged extra as i have paid through credit card ...
