I have ordered butterfly rhino 2 ltr wet grinder (Order od[protected] on 1st of oct & received a damaged product on 6th oct, i have raised a complaint on same day requesting for a replacement, till date every time i raise a return request i get 3 days time for pickup & final day the request is cancelled saying they do not have service in that location.
Its been more than a month now, my last two conversations with customer care i have recorded where they have clearly given me a commitment that if its not resolved by a certain date i will get my refund.
If i dont get any resolution by 17th as promised i will take all the email commitments / sms & the audio recording to local consumer court & take legal action. Was this information helpful? |
