Flipkart — Order refund amount is pending

I purchased a order from Flipkart which Order ID is - OD[protected]
And i am wating for my refund toll 10th
October but Flipkart customer care service is very poor they delay to solve my issue and because of this my account was block by Flipkart please help
Refund Amount is 2390 approx
Please Refund my Product i am trying to return this Product but due to some technical error my product was continuously rejected please help to refund my product
