I bought office chairs from flipkart for Rs14000 (Order #OD[protected] and the one of the chair got damaged within two days. Two wheels of the chair came out. I requested for the replacement by sending an email to flipkart and a person came to repair the chair. He stated that if any damage happens to the chair this time the same will be returned and our money will be refunded. We trusted him & kept the chairs. The very next day the same wheel again came out.
The chairs are made of bad quality material. I have called and sent email to flipkart for return & refund. I always get a response that flipkart team will get back to us which has never happened. And now instead of returning the product, I am being asked to get in touch with the seller.
I bought the product from flipkart and not the seller directly, it is flipkart's responsibility to get the issue fixed. Pathetic customer service and cheap products sold on flipkart. I want the product to be picked up and need my money back. Was this information helpful? |
