Thus is in reagards ro the the dinig set i ordered as a gift to my dad on diwali with order id: od[protected]
I ordered thus product on 24th sept'17 the delivery happened on 9th of oct (Too late) the product was defective the wood from table was rotting, i raised a replacement request and was promised by a supervisor that the order will be replaced by 18th oct, i. E, before diwali (Please listen to all my calls that i made i[censored] keep recordings) on 18th i got an update on the app that the product will be replaced by 22nd oct now which made me furious and i asked for a refund on same date, i. E, 22nd oct.
Now i got another date of 26th oct on which the product will be picked up and refund will be processed within 3-4 business days as i ordered this product on emi option for which i have to pay my bank on 2 nov.
I called flipkart today a few minutes back writing this complaint and the agent told me that pickup of the defective product will happen by 4th of nov and then the refund will be initiated.
This is just too bad.
I dont want to pay for something i dont want
No one has been helping me in flipkart even after raiaing multiple complaints and calls.
I called my bank to file a charge back but looks like i ordered two products and thus bank could not provide chargeback for one of them now eithwr illrefund the other product thats a washing machine too to get whole amount charged back from my bank.
And also iwould never use or advice anyone to use flipkart ever.
I am ordering a new dining set from pepper fry which they will deliver in just two days. Thats called a service.
Guys dont prove that ure an india company thus u cant provide services coz for me i am done with flipkart forever.
Now if possible get the product picked up and refunded by 2nd nov or else ull see me writing yhis whole story on google playstore, facebook, consumer forum and whatever means i can communicate on social media.
