[Resolved]  Flipkart — payment deducted but order not place

Address:Keder nath appartment,block-b,flat no-17th,kol-700102, P.o-krishnapur

I have ordered theree items and the made payment through gpay. The amount was deducted from my account. But from flipkart giving message ordered not place. I am also attaching the account statement. I need clarification what's going on. When i will get my refund money please let me known. I have wasted couple of times yesterday to chat with their support agent. But my issue was marked as resolved without of my knowledge. How many days will be taking to credit my refund amount. Also sent me the clear message regarding the same.

I had long discussion with your support ream today. But I am not convinced at all with his statement. He clearly said that the amount whatever was deducted from account is totally my responsibilities as sellers is not confirm the amount and ordered. So, my question is why flipkart giving such kind of payment methods if they are not able to take responsibility. Also he told me that the amount which was deducted from my account it's my responsibilities if seller not confirmed. This is my horrible experience in flipkart. I also raise concern for payment to gpay.
