[Resolved] Flipkart — payment failed but amount deducted from bank account

I odered redmi note 5 of rs 9999 through cod option, later i try to pay the amount through pay now option and i try twice but both the time amount was deducted from bank account and flipkart informed me through message that the payment was unsuccessful both the time.. I want refund regarding this as soon as possible and when i contact filpkart coustomer care i got different information when i make call

Updated by Sisodiya790 Revert as soon as possible, as it was urgent need of money to me as i alredy paid twice and amount was deducted from my account and i have no more money to pay the delivery boy and the promise date for delivery is 30 april 2018

Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised a complaint regarding the payment made. We have interacted with the customer and informed that the payment was not accepted and the same shall be refunded to customers account. Hence, closing the complaint from our end.
