[Resolved]  Flipkart — poor behaviour

Address:South 24 Parganas, West Bengal, 700144

I ordered a moto e4 plus on 24 august 2017 through flipkart. When i am tracking it, i found that it showed the status out of delivery area (Pincode-address mismatch). They have delivered many times in the past to the same address and my pincode and adress does not mismatch. Why they are doing so. If cannot deliver they should have told me when placing the order.

Total amount - ₹9, 999 through cash on delivery.
I need a phone urgently so i ordered this one. Now it completely wasted.
