[Resolved] Flipkart — poor build quality products

Hello i'm deepak i purchased realme 2 pro a week ago. Phone was good but built quality was poor within a week phone cracked inside my pocket while driving bike. This kind of thing never happened to me before ever. I'm trying to make complain against issue but they refused.
They don't have any rights to selling products without government athorised standards and quality. I will be next trying at consumer court for justify
