Dear Sir/Mam,
I bought one mobile on Republic day sale. Offer was 10% cashback on Citi Bank credit card,
Order Number- OD[protected]
As per terms and condition Cashback should be credited before 10th Apr 2018. But the same not happened.
I talk with your customer service agent atleast 10 times. everytime they used to say like "we have received your complaint and will resolve soon."
On 11th Apr 2018 even though your customer executive sent a mail to me saying we have sent the cashback amount to your bank.
so you can imagine how your customer executives are misguiding us. So now you can imagine how pathetic customer service is being provided by your customer executive.
This is the worst customer service i have ever got. As Flipkart is a Indian Company so we used to prefer this but with this type of customer service i can clearly tell i will never ever suggest Flipkart to anyone.
I request you to dig the issue properly because this small small thing can effect the Company's Revenue a lot.
