On 3rd October 2021 I ordered Crucial BX500 480 GB Laptop, Desktop Internal Solid State Drive (CT480BX500SSD1). The order I place was prepaid amount of Rs 3563. After placing order, Flipkart gave me delivered date 8 October 2021. But on 8 October in Flipkart application showing that your product is miss match with pin code. The address I used during placing order is my permeant address and is save in Flipkart default setting. Before this order I placed 2 more order on Flipkart and 2 product delivered successfully on that same address. So how address miss match happen. Now today date is 10th October till today no information giving from Flipkart. I tried to call Flipkart customer care, but they are not responding. I also try to raise concern on application, but it not helpfully anymore. The seller for this product Retailnet.
Please help me about to deliver the product or for getting me refund.
