[Resolved]  Flipkart — product delivery & money refund

Dear sir/ma'am,
I booked few kids items (5 items) on 19th august 2017 for very much special occasion for my family. The delivery should be on 29th august 2017, as per tracking details. One item i received on 21st august 2017, today suddenly i got message my order has been canceled & money will be refunded in 6 business days which is surprise for me. I checked status & found items has been returned. Even no one contact us regarding this items delivery.

I just received email from flipkart which is stated the courier service is not available for my pin code but my question is how they accept the order?

All incident is not acceptable & very much inconvenience to us. Why it takes 6 days to return my money? Already you used my money one week & it looks like a scam even flipkart use thousand's of customers money like the same they will earn good interest from bank.

I am nri & booked this items for my family child birthday, now i have only three days in hand & i dont think i can buy and send them something through online.

Kindly investigate the same, i hope you already received many complaints like the same.

We have interacted with the customer, regarding the order which was return, apologized and info refund Turn around Time. Requested to place a fresh order and assure hassle free shopping. The customer agreed and the customer informed placed another order as well. Hence closing the case from our end.
