Dear Flipkart team,
i had order two prestige popular 3 L pressure cooker ( product) on dated 28th October 2019 delivery received from Ekart Logistics (FMPP[protected]) on dated 1st November 2019 only one cooker.
At that time my wife ask him where is my 2nd cooker but delivery person say its include in it or you have to return it by placing return request when i reach home we have taken a video of product unpacking. (because we have doubt about only one product in it).
on same day 1st November, 2019 we have place a complaint regarding product deliver but your customer care executive says we have raise your complain and solved it by 4th November, 2019. again call on 4th Nov., 2019 regarding this issue again said that it will be solved by 11th nov, 2019. today again i called customer care then they said wait till 15th nov. 2019, again i call customer care they provide me new date that is 19th nov. and today also my issue is not resolved and again customer executive provide me new date that is 23rd nov.
i cant understand that why your customer care executive cant able to solve the issue after this much follow up.
