[Resolved]  Flipkart — product not delivered even after many complaints

I have ordered redmi note 5 pro in a flash sale by flipkart on 30th may, 2018.

Its shipped from the same city as mine on 30th may, 2018 and they promised to deliver by 31st may, 2018.
Even after three days and lot of calls to customer care of flipkart, their response is to wait for another 5 days.

I have attached the screenshot where they exceeded the promised delivery date.

How can they dispatch the same item two times? See the image

I've receieved the product after multiple phone calls and mails to Flipkart Customer Care. I went to Ekart logistics to pickup the delivery myself .
Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
