[Resolved]  Flipkart — product not received but showing as delivered

I have ordered usha sewing machine on 14 oct 18 through flipkart that time shows that product will be delivered by 23 oct 18. Today (21oct18) i want to check the status that shows that your product has been delivered on sat 20 oct 18. Actually this product is not delivered and not received by me.

Please resolve this issue as soon as possible.
