[Resolved]  Flipkart — Product return cancelled without informing valid reason

Received defective and bad quality product, when opted for return they cancelled without informing why they have cancelled return request, and now they are saying we cannot return the product. Why they mention return policy of they don't want customers to return product.
Don't buy anything from Flipkart worst service.
