Booked Samsung A7 and expected delivery was 14-Oct-18. But it arrived on 13-Oct-18 before schedule date while I was not at home. As per request it has been rescheduled to deliver on 14-Oct-18.
The delivery did not happed on 14-Oct-18 though the product was available with delivery boys.
Called customer call on 14-Oct-18 for the delivery status. They informed that you will receive delivery on 15-Oct-18 or max by 16-Oct-18 by 7pm.
There was no update on 16-Oct-18. While contacting customer care there was message that it has been escalated to concern team. and you will receive call starting from +9180679 by 18-Oct-18 1:00pm.
very bad experience even customer care pople are not able track the order or not able to forward the message.
It is very difficult that the same product and fresh product will be delivered to on 18-Oct-18 as well.
