I purchased a Motorola edge 30 ultra 128 GB variant on 22nd September 2022. It was supposed to get delivered on 4th October 2022. But it was delayed and rescheduled to delivery for 9th October and again shifted to 13th October since then they are asking for 24 hours and 48 hours for solving the issue and today is 20th October still they are asking for 24 hours more resolution. And there is no tracking for this product, it only says shipped on October 3rd thereafter no tracking for this product.

One of Flipkart's senior executives created an incident ID on 19th October 2022 mentioning all the details that happened regarding this product.

I've been contacting Flipkart customer service since 7th October. and with Flipkart's social media
(Twitter) team since 15th October. I have already completed 30 calls overall still there is no resolution.
If the product is lost they should send me a replacement and solve the missing item internally. Instead of doing that they are making me suffer by not solving the issue.
Flipkart's Social media team suggested canceling the order and re-book the product but the issue is - I purchased this mobile on its 1st sale the selling price is 54, 999 /- I used a Flipkart Axis bank card and got a flat 1000 /- discount and I'm a Flipkart plus member so I have used 407 coins as well so the cost is now 53621 /- and I have a cashback offer on the card of 5% for this 53621 /- which is 2681.05 /- which will be settled in my credit card billing statement. So the effective price is 50, 939.96 /-.
The problem here is the selling price now for the 128 GB variant is 59, 999 /- and there are some other bank offers so after that I'll be getting this product for 56, 999 /-. This is simply a 6000 /- loss and they are not willing to bare this.
Neither they are sending me a replacement for the lost product with their delivery partner nor they are finding it or giving me the loss of pay 6000 /- as a Flipkart voucher so that I can buy this product again for the same price. On top of this, they are wasting my time and it's giving me a lot of stress. Kindly take some serious action and do the needful justice to my issue.
