[Resolved]  Flipkart — Promised Delivery Date is extending - More then 15 days - still extending

I have ordered an iPhone 12 on 2nd Oct 2021 & the promised delivery date was 6th, Oct.
but as of today i.e 18th Oct, the product has not shipped yet & there is no update regarding it.
I have called customer care many times they are only saying one thing that your product will be delivered soon and extend the deliver date to 21st Oct.
