This is with regards to the order for my Puma sports shoes. Order ID – OD[protected]. This order was supposed to be delivered on 29th Dec 2015. I received a message on 30th Dec that the order is out for delivery, but no delivery happened on that day. Instead I got a call on 31st Dec regarding delivery, but due to holidays I was unable to receive the items. Requested the delivery boy to bring the item on next working day, 4th JAN 2016. However the item is not delivered yet.

Flipkart Customer Care's response Tried calling customer on [protected], Switched off. For the above issue, replacement has been arranged and it will be delivered to customer on or before January 09, 2015.
