I have ordered a product real me 2 pro and mobile was not inside the box so at that time when my product was delivered on 16 of aprail i had raised a return req than on 17 aprail i have got an email that they are lodging a fir and wanted my consent so i have given consent but after than i am contuniously reverting on their mail and also talked with managers of flipkart customer care but my issue is not resloved till now flipkart also gives buyer protection policy as per their site but when i am sending mail on mentioned email than they guys are also not replying now what should i do the order id is od[protected] and i have raised the complaint multiple times they guys says that team will cntct you but till now no one has cntct they are just sending a mail that courrier has cnfrmed delivery and when i have cntcted with w/m he said sir we dont check the product
And i have also frwrded mail to greivience. [protected]@flipkart.com but they are also not reverting pls help me
I have placed 200 orders on flipkart but never faced this type of trouble but in this flipkart has # up me... After than i have placed a order for real me 2 pro... But till now i have not recieved my refund
Last day i have cntcted with one executive and i requested her to not close my complaint but at 10.30 i have got a mail that we have resloved your issue and seller cant give your money and product Was this information helpful? |
