Flipkart — Received Damaged Product || Refund in Pending state

Hi,
I have recently purchased a Gas stove from Flipkart which was delivered to me on 18th July 2022.

Upon unboxing and after inspecting the product, I realised that the product is defective (the stove does not turn on) and the legs of the stove and the black rails of the stove are missing from the box.

I have raised a return request for the same and have not received any update yet. It has been days since my return request is in pending state.
I have called the customer support multiple times but did not receive any satisfactory resolution.

This cannot be expected from Flipkart. This is extremely excruciating to me. I don’t have time to keep calling customer care again & again for a simple refund.
Kindly take my case on priority and resolve it against the fraud i'm facing from flipkart.
