Flipkart — received defective ac & requested for replacement but no response from flipkart

I had purchased air conditioner on 5 june & received defective product. On 11 june i had raised replacement request but after passing 8-9 days, no response from flipkart.

Already raised too many complaint to flipkart or on social media.. Always received same reply "wait for 24-36 hours" or receive fresh fake promise date.

As you know summer season is running... There is no use in the winter month...

I've also sent dismantle copy (Job sheet) to flipkart but no response from flipkart.

Please sir look into the matter & take appropriate action.

On 17 June Dismantle Also Done by Hitachi Executive & same Hitachi Sr. PAN INDIA Executive Mr Arun Mittal also send Job Sheet to Flipkart on 20 June and also updated on hitachi complain no [protected] (Raised By Flipkart) .

Now today Flipkart Suddenly Closed the request by saying technician visit done on 21 June & Problem resolved...while no-one came on 21 June.

Technician Mr Akif Khan Clearly Told us Outer Unit Of AC is defective As produced Too Much Noise & same updated on Complaint no.

Flipkart Is Fraud Site...Just Bot Replied & Closing the request.

If You Want Technician No Or Hitachi HEAD no Then personal message me, I Will provide you.
