Myself Ragul from Kovilpatti, Tamilnadu. I'm working in Bawal, Haryana and I have ordered a Samsung Galaxy watch 4 classic LTE(order id: OD[protected] on 9th Oct in Flipkart to my work office. The box was received on 13th Oct 2021 around 2.45PM at my work location in Bawal. I have noticed that one side of the box don't have flipkart seal and immediately i have called the delivery guy but he didn't respond and then i have called flipkart customer care no response then I have opened the box under a video recording and in front of my company colleagues and we noticed that the box is empty and again i called flipkart customer nearly after a hour i got response from flipkart and they registered the complaint and asked me to call back when my status changes to delivered because at that time my status was showing out for delivery in flipkart site. Once I called back after the status changed but no proper response. I paid Rs.34249/- for this empty box
They are taking long time for refund and not understanding the customer feelings and pain. No proper response from their team for this huge amount from a normal customer. No proper investigation is been done.
